Eugene Coleman was born in Pulaski. He was employed by the State of Tennessee Dept. of Transportation, where he retired after 31 years of service. Survivors include a daughter Victoria, and his step-daughter Sandra Miles and husband Kevin and 6 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren. Survivors include his brothers James Coleman, of Indianapolis, Grady Coleman, Pulaski, Brady Coleman, of Louisiana, sisters, Helen Hayes, of Pulaski, and Flossie Grigsby, of Elkmont.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, from 11:00am until 12:00pm with a funeral service following at 12:00pm in the Chapel of Bennett-May & Pierce Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Maplewood Cemetery. Bennett-May & Pierce Funeral Home and Crematory in charge of arrangements for Eugene Coleman.
