Scott Wayne Graham, age 42, died Monday, April 28th, 2024 at Southern Tennessee Regional Health Systems-Pulaski. He was a former Chef in the food service industry.

Survivors include his Mother, Christina Hogan, Father, Robert Hogan, Children, Brandon Wayne Graham, Brooklyn Graham, and Kristina Graham, Siblings, Johnny Thurston, Tanya Hogan, Mark and Charlotte Graham, Shawn Hogan, Kristal Hogan and husband, Amelson, and Misti Dawn Griffen, Grand Parents, Jim and Carol Graham, and Robert Hogan Sr., and several other relatives and friends.

A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
