Jimmy Dale Hayes, age 82, died Friday. He was born in Lester, and a logger for Thompson Loggers.

Survivors include his wife, Pat Hayes of Pulaski, sons, Jerry Hayes and wife Donna of Stella, Bobby Hayes and wife Melissa of Minor Hill, Charlie Hayes and wife Billie of Minor Hill, step-son, Clyde Wiser of Minor Hill, daughters, Marcella Hargrove of Prospect, Ginger Roberts and husband Ezra of Athens, Stacey Emerson and husband Kenny of Elkmont, and Carisa Hayes of Lester, brothers, Danny Hayes and wife Elanor of Minor Hill, and Butch Hayes and wife Nancy of Goodspring, sister, Barbara Ann Mankins of Goodspring, 24 grandchildren, 33 great grandchildren, and 1 great-grandchild.

Visitation will be at Carr & Erwin Funeral Home this evening from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Services will be tomorrow at 11:00 a.m.

Burial will be in Minor Hill Cemetery.
