Joe Steven Bailey of Pulaski, died on Tuesday. He was born in Decatur, and was 54 years old.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date.

He is survived by his, wife, Karen Bailey of Pulaski, a son Michael Bailey of Pulaski, his Father, Joe Bailey of Athens, his Mother, Julia Mitchell of Ardmore, and his Sister, Amy Mitchell of Ardmore.

Several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins also survive.
