Tiffany Renee Thornton Perkins of Minor Hill died Monday, at St. Thomas West in Nashville. She was born in Athens, and was 39 years old.

Visitation will be Thursday, from 4:00pm until 7:00pm at Bennett-May & Pierce Funeral Home and Crematory.

Funeral service will take place on Friday, at 11:00am in the Chapel of Bennett-May & Pierce Funeral Home.

Burial will follow in the Jackson Cemetery.

She is survived by her, son,  Layton Carter Smith of Minor Hill, a daughter,  Sabrie Grey Perkins of Minor Hill, her parents, Roger and Renee Thornton of Minor Hill, a sister, Jennifer  Morgan and husband Trey of Minor Hill, a brother, Nevin Norwood and wife Kari of Nolensville.

Several family and friends also survive.
