Barbara Gilbert of Prospect died Wednesday. She was born in Prospect, was 57 years old and a member of Pleasant Hill Church.

Visitation will be on Friday from 4:00pm until 6:00pm at Bennett-May & Pierce Funeral Home and Crematory.

Funeral service and visitation will be on Saturday, with visitation from 11:00am until 12:00pm and service following at 12:00pm at First Baptist Church.

Burial will follow in Maplewood cemetery.

She is survived by a daughter, Brooklyn Gilbert of Prospect, one son Juwan Moon-Gilbert of Prospect, her parents Fred and Barbara Sue Gilbert of Prospect.

Six brothers Roger Gilbert, Fred E. Gilbert and wife Theresa, Jimmy Gilbert, and wife Mae Joyce, Tim Gilbert, Darrell Gilbert, and wife Anita, and Richard Randolph and wife Glenda. Two sisters Evelyn Bridgeforth and husband Wayne and Jacquelyn Nattress and husband John.
