Ruby Glynn Crowder, age 76 of Lawrenceburg, TN, passed away on Sunday, October 10, 2021 at Southern Tennessee Regional Hospital. She was of the Methodist faith and attended New Prospect United Methodist Church. Ruby retired from Murray Ohio after 38 years of dedicated service. In her free time she enjoyed traveling and drag racing with her husband where she was known as the “crew chief”, as well as cheering on her grandkids at sporting events, and watching the game shows. She loved spending time with her siblings and caring for her dogs.

She is preceded in death by her Husband, Jerry Crowder; Parents, Wiley and Nina Ray; 7 Brothers; 1 Sister.

She is survived by her Sons, Blake Crowder (Pam), Clint Crowder; Daughter, Sherri Allred (Tommy); Sister, Lou Ann Polk (Ralph); Grandchildren, Mahala Allred, Brady Allred (Elizabeth), Tiler Crowder (Rhyan), Triston Crowder, Elizabeth Crowder; Half Brother, Travis Faulkner (Lynn); Half sisters, Connie Honn (Randy), Tammy Toungette (Jeff), Donna Ray; several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held at the Pettus-Turnbo Funeral Chapel on Friday, October 15, 2021 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. with a graveside service to follow at Shaw Cemetery at 12:30 p.m.

Interment will be at Shaw Cemetery.
