Erik Blake Thornton died September 29th at St. Thomas Hospital West.

Survivors include his son, Austin Shawn Thornton, newly engaged fiancé Sydney Beard, Mother Lisa J Morgan, sister, Leila Mashburn Keel and husband John, brother Brett Thornton and wife Jamie, and sister Sara Brooke Thornton, 2 uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews and friends.

A private memorial service will be held with Chris Morgan and Leila Mashburn Keel officiating.

Erik's memorial is closed to the public and by invitation only.
