Gerald Wayne Murphy, Sr. died Friday, March 3rd, 2023, at Southern Tennessee Regional Lawrenceburg. He was born in Texas and was 79 years old.

He was US Army veteran (retired) serving in Vietnam and the Korean Wars.

A Memorial Service will be Thursday, March 9th , 2023 at 3:00pm at 555 Myrick Branch Road, Pulaski, TN 38478.

Survivors include his wife, Alice Murphy of Pulaski, Daughters, Kimberly Swindell of Pulaski, LaWanda and husband David Gillian of Oklahoma, Son, Gerald Wayne and wife Heather Murphy II of Pulaski, 1 Sister-in-law, numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and several nieces, nephews, and friends also survive.
