Zada Jane Duncan died Saturday at her home in Pulaski. 

She was a shipping supervisor at Arvin and 69 years old.

No services are scheduled at this time.

Survivors include: her husband, William Duncan of Pulaski; daughter, Nicki Duncan of Pulaski; granddaughter, Annie Hood; and several nieces, great-nieces and nephews.
