Lydia Gregory Cross, 60, died Tuesday. She was born in Chattanooga but resided her entire life in Pulaski.
She graduated from Giles County High School in 1975 and was a teacher’s aide at Giles County High School for over 15 years working with students with developmental disabilities.
Visitation is Saturday from 1-2 pm at Bennett-May Giles County Funeral Home with a funeral service following at 2 pm in the chapel with Maina Mwaura officiating. Burial will be in Kimbrough Cemetery.
She is survived by her husband, Jerome Cross; 2 children: Tiffiney Mwaura and husband Maina and Teneshia Cross and partner Tie Shavers; her mother, Carrie Willingham, 2 sisters: Kathey Reynolds and Bernitta Gregory and husband Shay; half siblings: Bridgett Gregory, Yolanda, Gregory, Tara Gregory, Havis Gregory, and Samuel Gregory; and 2 grandchildren.
Bennett-May-Giles County Funeral Home is in charge of all arrangements for Lydia Gregory Cross.
