Linda Kay Abernathy, 67, died June 19th. Linda was born in Millersburg, Ohio, and came to Pulaski as a student at Martin Methodist College. She was as a Sunday school teacher for 30 years.
Survivors include her husband, Bill Abernathy, two children, Lindsey Honea and husband John of Columbia, and Matthew Abernathy of Washington, brother John Babb and wife Robin of North Carolina, sister Janet Miller of Ohio, brothers David Teeling and Bob Brown of Ohio, 6 grandchildren, as well as numerous in-laws, nieces, and nephews.
A celebration of life ceremony will take place at 2nd Street Church of Christ Saturday, June 26th at 10:00 am.
In lieu of flowers, donations are suggested to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or to the 2nd Street Church of Christ Building Fund. Checks may be mailed to 300 N. Second Street, Pulaski, TN 38478.
