Philip Howard Bolger Jr. died on Friday at National Health Care, Pulaski. He was born in Massachusetts and was age 82 years old.

He was retired from truck driving and was a stump grinder.

No services have been set at this time.

Donations are suggested to Carr and Erwin Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.

Survivors are: his wife, Mary Bolger of Pulaski; step-daughter, Chandra Nelms and husband Mike of Pulaski; and one step-grandchild.
