Retired Master Sergeant Herbert “Docee” Wright, a Giles County native, died in Memphis.

Visitation will be held Monday at 11 a.m. until time of service at noon at First Pentecostal Church in Memphis. Burial will be in the VA Cemetery in Memphis.

He is survived by his wife Krystal of Memphis; son, Herbert Wright of Florida; daughter, Sarah Chambers of Memphis; brothers: Ben and wife Harriet, Albert and wife Amanda, Elmer and wife Charlene and Douglas and Norris; sisters: Thelma Hadley, Virginia Williams, Linda Wright and Cathy Kinnon of Pulaski; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives.
