Mary Frances Breeding, age 82, died on Tuesday, October 13, 2020, in Ardmore Health & Rehabilitation Center in Ardmore, TN.

She was born in Giles County, TN on April 8, 1938, retired from Minor Hill Utility District, she was preceded in death by her parents, Herman Lee and Arlee Shoemaker Musgrove, her husband, William Robert (Bill) Breeding, and several brothers and sisters.

Visitation will be on Thursday, October 15, 2020, from 4PM to 8PM at the Carr & Erwin Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, October 16, 2020, at 2PM at the Carr & Erwin Funeral Home with burial to follow in Oak Grove Cemetery.

Survivors are:  son, Mike Breeding and Annette of Oak Grove Community, daughter, Darlene Mangrum and Frankie of Ardmore, TN, sisters, Virginia Livings of La Place, LA, Gladys Glover of Goodspring, TN, 4 grandchildren, and 7 great grandchildren.
