James F. "Cootzie" Gilbert of Pulaski died Sunday at N-H-C, Pulaski. He was 73 years old.

Visitation will begin at 11 a.m. Saturday with funeral services being held at noon at Greater Faith Church, 1358 Riley Hill Road, with Apostle Stanley Garrett officiating. Burial will be in Maplewood Cemetery.

Survivors include three sons: Robert London and wife Mynettea, Timmy Gilbert, all of Pulaski, and James Eric Gilbert of Louisiana; daughter, Monica Gilbert of Chattanooga; two sisters: Caurlyne Cross and husband Robert of Pulaski and Theda Anderson of Michigan; 7 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
