Linda Lee Chapman Hays passed away Thursday evening, October 10th, 2019 at her home in Giles County.  She was born in Pulaski, Tn on January 8th, 1947 and was 72 years old.

Linda loved her family and friends. She was a member of Second Street Church of Christ and graduated with a degree in banking and finance from Athens State College.  She was employed by the Union Bank for 25 years where she became Vice President.  She loved to farm & loved her animals and reading.

Visitation will be on Sunday, October 13th from 1:00pm until 4:00pm at Bennett-May & Pierce Funeral Home and Crematory.

Funeral service will follow on Monday, October 14th at 2:00pm in the Chapel of the funeral home with Bro. Mark Johnson officiating.

Burial will take place in Maplewood Cemetery.

She was preceded in death by her parents Arthur Chapman and Oma Hastings Chapman, Sister, Martha “Polly” Hastings Dickey.  Brothers, Billy and John Robert Hastings and Garland “Shorty” Chapman.

She is survived by her,

Husband, Howard Hays of Pulaski.

Three step-children, Billy (Kathy) Hays of Colorado, Jane Ellen (Marty) Mallett of New Mexico and Alan (Casey) Hays of Huntsville.

Nieces, Lori Dickey of Pulaski and LaDeva Rolin of Ardmore

Nephew, William Joe Dickey and Marquita of Pulaski

Nephew, John A. and wife Pam Dickey of Pulaski

Several nieces, nephews, step-grandchildren and friends also survive.
