ILa Dean Nelson Collins, age 86, died on Monday, in Southern TN Regional Health System, Pulaski.

She was born in Elkmont and was a retired insurance agent for  Carr & Erwin Funeral Home, and a member of Well Church of God.

Visitation will begin at 12 noon on Wednesday, at Carr & Erwin Funeral Home until time for the service at 2PM on Wednesday at Carr & Erwin Funeral Home, with burial to follow in Giles Memory Garden.

Memorials are suggested to Well Church of God, 1832 Kay Drive, Pulaski, TN, 38478.

Survivors include two sons, Stan Smith and wife Barbara of Lynnville,  and Phillip Smith of Franklin, one daughter, Sheila Hastings of Lynnville, and a step son, Danny Collins and wife Debbie of Columbia, a brother, David Nelson and wife Ruth of Alabama and a  sister, Martha Ann McCauthrn of Decatur, 7 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren.
