James Windell (Wink) Pylant, age 90, died on Wednesday, in Southern TN Regional Health System Pulaski.

He was born in Ardmore, AL and retired from Redstone Arsenal, served in the US Army, and retired Command Sergeant Major of Tennessee National Guard.

A Masonic service will be held on Friday, at 6PM at Carr & Erwin Funeral Home.

Visitation will be on Saturday, from 11AM until 2PM with the funeral service to follow at 2:00 at First Baptist Church, burial will follow in Maplewood Cemetery.

Survivors include a son, Kent and wife Dawn Pylant of Dacula, GA, daughters, Vickie and husband Joey Thompson of Elkmont, AL, Karen and husband Larry Davis of Canton, GA, 7 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren.

Memorials are suggested to First Baptist Church Building Fund or First Baptist Church Building On Faith, 408 South First Street, Pulaski, TN  38478.
