Carl Ervin "Gomer" Adams, age 68, of Summertown, died on Sunday, at his residence.  He was a native of Lewis County, and an electrician.

Visitation is 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM Wednesday at Neal Funeral Home in Lawrenceburg.  Funeral service will be at Neal Funeral Home at 11:00 AM on Thursday, with Ed Daniel officiating.  Burial will follow at Chapel Grove Cemetery in Lawrence County. 

He is survived by two daughters, Stephanie Butler and husband Shane of Ethridge, and Tanya Pierce and husband Tommy of Elkton. One son Jeff Adams of Summertown, and a sister Shirley Andrews and husband Steve of Lawrenceburg,

Seven Grandchildren, two great grandchildren, several Nieces and Nephews, and many other relatives also survive.
