Dot Vanderpool of Pulaski died on Saturday, at NHC Healthcare in Pulaski.  She was born in McMinnville, and was 89 years old.

She retired as a cafeteria worker in the Giles County School System and was a homemaker. 

Visitation will be on Tuesday from 12:00pm until 2:00pm followed by a graveside service at Giles Memory Garden at 2:30pm.

She is survived by her, son, Bobby Vanderpool of Pulaski, and a brother, Clyde Thomas Davis.

Two grandchildren and five great grandchildren, and several niceces and nephews also survive.
