A fugitive who has been on the run for nearly two years was arrested on several warrants out of Middle Tennessee, Thursday.

Officers arrested Ladarion Smith in Winchester. The Winchester Police Department says Smith had warrants from Giles County for attempted aggravated robbery, possession of a weapon during the commission of a dangerous felony, unlawful possession of a weapon, and aggravated burglary.

Authorities report Smith evaded authorities for nearly two years. During the arrest, he was in possession of three firearms.

Smith was taken into custody for the warrants from Giles County and faces new charges of unlawful possession of a weapon, theft of property, and resisting arrest, according to Authorities

Smith's bond is set at $250,000.
