The Giles County Grand Jury convicted a Pulaski man Friday in the rape of a child and incest.
After a two day trial, a Giles County jury found Johnny Dewayne Boyd guilty of 3 counts of Rape of a Child less than 13 years old and 3 counts of Incest.
Boyd was taken back to the Giles County Jail without bond until sentencing hearing.
The date for sentencing is December 11th in Giles County Circuit Court.
Boyd is facing a sentence of up to 40 years in prison.
Assistant District Attorney Emily Crafton prosecuted the case, which was investigated by Detective Shane Hunter of the Giles County Sheriff's Department.
