The Pulaski Police Department arrested a Pulaski man and charged him with theft and burglary.
Roger Lynn Hicks, age 27, was charged with two counts of Theft of Property and Burglary.
Hicks is being held in the Giles County Jail without bond.
He will appear in General Sessions Court on August 24th at 9 a.m.
