If you are traveling Interstate 65 this weekend be warned that Tennessee Department of Transportation contract crews will be resurfacing from mile-marker 13 to 32 in Giles and Marshall County.

In Maury County, there will be intermittent lane closures on I-65 mile markers 37 and 38.

There will also be temporary lane closures on State Road 247 for road widening in Maury County crews will begin working from 8 p.m. until 6 a.m. from Friday until Monday.

Weather permitting, crews will need several weekends to complete the resurfacing work.

 An advisory will be issued once the work is confirmed.
