A probable cause search warrant of a residence led to the recovery of drugs and paraphernalia late last week in Lawrenceburg.

According to reports, detectives with the Lawrenceburg Police Department conducted the search at a property located on Gallaher Boulevard.

Officers made several attempts to get a person to come to the door, so entry was made and officers discovered no one inside and that furniture had been removed since they were there less than 24 hours.

A search of the residence yielded a blue bag containing several types of pills, two marijuana grinders, a plastic container with marijuana residue and baggies and a pill crusher.

A copy of the search warrant was left with documentation of what had been taken and the location was secured.
