Martin Methodist College recently announced the establishment of The Rodney Johnson Eagle Scout Scholarship Fund.

Johnson was a Pulaski native and fellow Eagle Scout since 1964 with the Post 462 sponsored by First National.

Named and funded in Johnson’s memory by his sister Judy Johnson, The Rodney Johnson Eagle Scout Scholarship Fund is eligible for Eagle Scouts from within the Middle Tennessee Council of the Boy Scouts of America who are enrolling at MMC as full-time students. The scholarship will be, at the minimum, $1,000 per year and is renewable for four years based on a minimum 3.0 GPA.
